Pros: Amazing for IM, small size, colourful screen, supports mp3 ringtones, syncs with Outlook, qwerty keypad, bluetooth, stylish, very cheap to buy for the features it offers.
Cons: Only 5mb of memory, could have better apps available, faceplate is very difficult to change.

"Nice at first, annoying in the end"
Pros: lots of nice features, small, bluetooth (the usual bells and wistles)
Cons: I had EIGHT of these in 6 months, all breaking internaly, not from drops but from the screen dying, or speaker dying, or countless other issues. My father had the same phone and the same problem.
