"Firm frame, sluggish performance"
Pros: The user interface is visually appealing on the surface and give little animations and attractivew imagery to look at while waitijng around for the simplest functions to complete.
Cons: Slow. Even the most basic tasks feel clunky.

"Very sluggggish and not convenient"
Pros: It looks and seems like it would be very tough/hard to break
Cons: Its soooo slow! It does not have convenient features/menues. Everything seems very time consuming to use. When texting you have to use a drop down menu and scroll through to change the text! Sends pics slow, camera does not seem to have a nice pic.
Summary: Bottom line... very disapointing! read more

"Not that thrilled with the features of the 450."
Pros: Phone sound is nice and clear. it's pretty. a nice design.
Cons: Did not like the texting and some of the simple data editing like phone entrys.

Pros: T-Mobile let me get a different phone after 3 exchanges
Cons: Went through 3 phones in 3 months. I don't know why Motorola allowed this to leave the factory, nor why T-Mobile would put it out on the streets. Echo everything everyone else said. What a piece of crap.
