"Glitchy, slow, and poorly engineered. Do not buy!"
Pros: Looks pretty nice
Cons: Has glitches, freezes, and is very very slow.
Summary: I am on my second replacement for this phone, and all three have had the same glitch: When I erase my text messages or make any adjustment to the settings of the phone, I cannot send or receive texts or calls until I take the battery out and reset the phone. T-Mobile has refused to give me a different phone of equal or lesser value because I did not return it within two weeks.

I to have had big trouble with the active w450 and bigger trouble with tmobile. My phone will not store numbers. It was for christmas and I was 2 days out of return policy (14 days). Tmobile will not even exchange it for another model of w450. Rep at tmobile read a memo to me that states motorola is aware of these problems and are trying to fix it. That doesnt help me now. Loaded in 126 phone numbers, only for them to be lost. Tmobile rep at tech support did not even have proper documents to walk me through how to find info on the sim card. That was another glitch. I am lodging a complaint against tmobile for not standing behind a vender. I am still waiting for a response from motorola itself.

I have had EXACTLY the same experience--including the fact that it needs to be recharged every night and I don't use it that hard. Also, I don't like the look--it seems cheap to me. Please don't buy this phone. It is awful.
