"Nice, sleek looking phone. Sturdy feel in the hand"
Pros: Sturdy, Good looks, Light weight, Good reception
Cons: Volume could be a bit louder, Hinge could be a bit tighter.
Summary: Before getting the Moto Adventure V750, I had the GzOne type V. This phone is everything the Gz was except for two things. It wont go under water and the volume could be a little bit louder. The thing I like about this phone is that it is rugged and it doesn't feel like a heavy brick in your pocket like the Gz did.
As far as the battery cover being flemzy....it is a little, but you have to make sure you snap it in all the way. I've seen people complain about that but I've had no trouble with the battery cover. The cover is a rubbery plastic that is anti-skid. It doesn't slide off the console of my truck when I hit the brakes like my Gz did.
The speaker phone is really nice and clear as well.
I havn't got a blue tooth yet so I can't comment on that aspect.
I love the graphics and the layout of navigation. It's a new look from my other phones from Verizon. If you don't like the navigation layout, you can choose from a few others and change them over. I also like the video timing that you can set. On my Gz, I was only allowed 15 seconds of recording time. The Adventure has different time length settings.
There is no flash for the camera. But in the past when ever I took a pic with a camera phone in a situation where I needed a flash, the picture still came out grainy and blurred anyway. Night time pics and cell phones don't mix in my opinion.
For about 2 weeks, I read reviews and went to different phone stores to look at all my choices before getting a new phone. I came down to 2 choices and now I'm glad I chose the Moto Adventure. I've had this phone for over a week and I love it.
IF I COULD TELL EVERYONE "ONE" THING, IT WOULD BE THIS.
Before you decide on which phone you want to get. Do your homework. Read up on all the different phones and listen to what ALL the people say about each phone. What I like about my phone you may not want on yours. If I had to choose all over again, I would pick the Moto Adventure again, I love it.
I hope this review helps.
