The Bottom Line The attractive Motorola C139 is a basic user-friendly cell phone for making calls. Just don't expect a lot of features. The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx proves that a powerful Android superphone can remain thin yet still promise marathon-worthy battery life. If you can live without Ice Cream Sandwich and have big hands, the Maxx is extremely compelling. The Motorola Karma QA1 belies its cute appearance with high-end features that put it above just an ordinary messaging phone. The Motorola Rokr E8 is a top choice for a T-Mobile music phone, if you can master the phone's novel, though slightly quirky, controls. The Nokia 1680 is adequate for anyone with minimal cell phone needs, but even moderate users will find it disappointing.
