The Bottom Line The Motorola C168i is a basic functional phone, but it's almost a little too simple. The attractive Motorola C139 is a basic user-friendly cell phone for making calls. Just don't expect a lot of features. The Motorola Karma QA1 belies its cute appearance with high-end features that put it above just an ordinary messaging phone. The Nokia 2610 could stand some minor improvements, but on the whole, it's a decent choice for a basic cell phone. Despite a few quibbles with the touch screen, its full features and excellent performance make the LG Vu one of the hottest phones this year.
