"Rate the phone, not the service!"
Pros: Small, lightweight, tons of features, good reception, clear sound. I liked this phone so much I gave my girlfriend a brand new phone in trade for this one that is over a year old! In reading most of the reviews, the majority of complaints have to do with
Cons: Objectively speeking, the screen a bit small & case scratches easily.
