Pros: Nice looking display, stereo headphone port, micro hcsd card slot, mp3 player (other support too), and great battery life

Cons: lack of features. SLOW! cannot zoom in on pictures taken. no pic editing of any kind. no imported ringtones for contacts, or alarms. IF YOU GET SWEATY HANDS, DO NOT BUY!!! any moisture will make touch face unsuable and will press buttons at random!

Summary: i get sweaty hands, especially if i have been using my computer to type as i frequently am, and i cannot use my phone. it will not type, and i cannot even unlock it to answer a call. if it gets one droplet of rain or any sort of moisture on it, it will continue to press down in that location until completly removed. simply wiping it off on shirt or pants WILL NOT SUFFICE. it frequently unlocks in my pocket simply from the heat of my leg. also if i hold it in two hands to type on the qwerty keyboard, the heat from my hands will sometimes send or alter the message at random. i have inadvertently bought apps, while the phone was locked in my pocket, with the face pointed outward... there is very little adjustment or customization on this phone. you cannot adjust sensitivity in any way, the ringer is really quiet even on the loudest setting, and in general this phone has been nothing but a pain since i bought it.
with the availability of touch phones and other ones that actually work in the intended ways, and are loaded with features, i think that this is a cheap imitation. while the spec sheet and features looked good to me before purchase i would not recommend this phone to anyone.
there are no options to transfer music or pictures from phone to the microsd card. you cannot rearange icons (even the pac man game that "comes with it" even thought its a trial version with a whole 3 min of play on it.... so after that its just useless and takes up space right in the middle of you phone)
in your drafts portion of texting, there is no way to erase an individual draft, only a mass delete so you cannot save one and get rid of others. there is not multiple message sending support, so you are cut off from typing past 160 characters. the scrolling sucks as it will often select a message half way down as you are trying to flip to the bottom. same with contacts, though it does have contact search.
it takes a good min to erase a full inbox, i have never encountered this on my previous and much cheaper phones.
it will allow you to play youtube videos in the browser, but the resolution is 100x100 which is asinine. and it takes forever to buffer, has no tracking and basically sucks.
there are no camera settings. not one. you cannot change quality, size, brightness, nothing. remember your first camera phone that had different light modes? me too. this expensive touch does not.
the bluetooth range is laughable, as it wont connect to my face from my pocket (im a whole 5'3"... thats ridicolus)
only 3 alarms but that is fairly standard, but sucks on a quiet phone like this.
the brightness adjust if from bright to way too bright.
and seriously who caps the notepad at 360 characters? i used to send texts that long, let alone try and take a decent sized note of something.
its very glitchy... i have owned it for 2 months now and have to pull the battery out to turn it off about once a week.
basically this phone was released with poor development. lacks features that a cheaper ipod has... if you want an all in one do not buy this. if you want a good touch phone: do not buy this. if you want to be able to text easily: do not buy this. if all you do is call, which this does quite nicely, then why are you spending hundreds more on a touch phone? makes no sense.

i will soon get this phone. my hands do get sweaty but i've already purchased a cover for it so i dont think it will do anything and if i get a screen protector, moisture won't have any affect, i'm sure.
