The Bottom Line	Verizon's new V Cast flip phone, the Motorola E815 scores with a sharp 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, plenty of RAM, and an MP3 player.	The LG Dare is an innovative and feature-rich handset with several surprises that sets it apart from other touch-screen phones.	Though its performance didn't hit the highest marks, the Motorola V750 offers a great design and a functional feature set.	The LG VX8350 is an excellent multimedia phone that's compact as well as powerful.	The Motorola W385 is a dependable cell phone without confusing bells and whistles.
