Pros: Camcorder and Picture Quality
Cons: Everything except the camcorder and picture quality. now im talking from notes, to games, to touch screen sensors, to internet browsing, to voice commands. In plain everything on the phone.
Summary: When I heard Motorola was coming out with a touchscreen phone and that it was going to be thier first touchscreen and that they tried to model it after the iphone. I was pretty excited. But after having the phone for quite some time I am really... REALLY disappointed. Motorola dropped the ball big time with this phone. I mean who the hell is doing thier research? Who the hell is doing thier product testing? I guess I remember the days when Motorola had the whole mobile industry by storm with the RAZR and due to that memory I had I was expecting more out of Motorola.
Was it too much trouble to put mms on the phone? did you forget how to do so? was it that you were smoking crack when you thought of this phone? Well you couldnt have been smoking crack because a crackhead could probly invent something way much better then this phone! Something that has a better processor, mms and something with F'ing WIFI!!! Can you tell I truely hate the phone? To all that work at MOTOROLA please tell your bosses to try and buy LG or do a merger with SAMSUNG! Because as of right now with the latest line up's that as a company you are bringing to the table.... two words & an exclamation: YOU SUCK! -

Pros: Great Sound Quality, Nice screen resolution, Threaded Text Messaging, Nice Contact Formating
Cons: No MMS, No Speed Dial, No Contact or Calendar back up per USB, No Motorola Phone Tool Support, No ability to sideload ringtones from sd card, Voice Dial ineffective, Virtual Qwerty keyboard hard to use accurately
Summary: Before I start with the bad, I'll give credit for the good. The speaker and clarity features that are a given on Motorola phones is still there, as well as outstanding screen quality. The threaded text messaging is very nice and I enjoy the newsfeeds. However, for everything that is good, there is even more that is bad. Speed dial should be a given on any numeric keypad phone. Voice dial does not work well at all, and typing part of the name brings up everything but what one is looking for. Speed dial was a key feature for me as I often need to make a quick call to family while driving and 'one key' and bluetooth allowed me to keep my eyes on the road. The ability to sideload personal ringers for contacts (my own created) was also a needed feature as I am not always near the phone and it allowed me the discretion of choosing whether to answer right away, or give a call back later. If I want ringers now, I must pay for each one and not get the ones I want or need. I would gladly trade my you tube access for features such as these.
This phone is being promoted as the touch screen for the "average Joe", but it's everything but. The most important features have been omitted. I have been reading through this thread and noticing how customers are hoping for improvement. Replies have been aimed at "future smartphones". Well I say, what about those of us that just dropped over 300 dollars for this phone? In a recession that does not come easy and we are expected to upgrade and spend even more when Motorola improves it's new models. I absolutely loved my Razr V9m which is what gave me the incentive to save up for this phone.
I have Googled this phone on every forum I can find, and widespread it is being blasted for the same issues. Since this is Motorola's first attempt at a true touch screen phone, if they not make some modification to this model (and not wait for future releases), the succession will be over before it begins. I plan to rid of this phone as soon as possible. I will admit that I will keep it in the back of my closet for a reasonable amount of time just in case Motorola comes to it's senses. -

Pros: I love the camera! Takes awesome pictures! Love how it lists the contacts if they have numerous phone numbers. Great sound!
Cons: I hate the fact that I cannot send pics via text, nor receive them via the same!! I have to store them via email, to a Google site called Picasa! What a pain!! You can't just set it to vibrate or silent either. Don't waste your money.
Summary: I have been using this phone for the past week and, granted, I may not have all the features dialed in yet, but pretty darned close. There is ease of function to figure out everything it does for the mostpart. The touchscreen is so sensitive (even set to normal) that when you try to scroll, you might end up dialing someone you really didn't want to call. Then you have to hurry and end the call and use up some of your minutes even if you didn't speak to the person you called. It takes a good chunk of time to "update" every time to take it off the "lock" mode. When texting in the Qwerty horizontal mode, the keyboard is super sensitive so if your fingers are very big, you will more than likely miss the number/letters more often than not. Very frustrating. It looks cool, takes great pics, and offers a lot of apps...but I get so tired trying to figure stuff out just to find out I can do certain things that simple cell phones do. I will be returning it this week and shooting for an LG Slider.

Pros: It's touchscreen...that's the only good thing about it
Cons: The whole phone is a fluke...they should be ashamed of themselves for producing this crap and for making it's faithful Motorola customers test dummies for a piece of sh%t
Summary: You cannot send or recieve unless its sent through gmail...it freezes up all the time, it doesnt always properly sync to computer to put music or files. There is no support for the product what so ever.Has a "real web browser" that only browses pages that are in the pop3 format.....overall a waste of money!!!!!!!
