Pros: QWERY keypad makes texting easier
Great call quality
I get a better signal (4bars) at my home than I did with Pocket or Sprint (both 1 bar)
Music player sounds great w/ headphones
3.5mm headset jack
Good camera
Great battery lifeCons: Small Keys- Still trying to get use to the small keys (I have small hands). This is my first time using a QWERY keypad. It's been a month but I'm getting the hang of it.

Pros: The messaging is great due to the QWERY keypad. Great call Quality. Crystal clear screen
Cons: After awhile and it may have just been a phone defect...... but when I reached a certain amount of messages..... it would lag and restart itself. The same with the camera. I would have to restart it to be able to use it from time to time
