The Bottom Line With minimal features and average performance, Nextel's industrial-grade i315 is strictly for those who need a durable handset that can handle extreme conditions. Although some of the multimedia features are half-baked, the Nextel Motorola i870 should appeal to consumers who want Nextel's walkie-talkie and direct-communication capabilities. The Motorola i580 isn't pretty, but it packs an excellent feature set and decent call quality in a durable design. The Motorola i576 is a sturdy and functional Nextel phone. It's not glamorous, but it works. The Motorola i880 is a strong addition to Nextel's lineup and brings some much needed features.
