Pros: large, fits in hand, extreme durability
Cons: Since something has to go here, I would have to say the holster. After some time, it wears out some, then jolts and jumps send it flying to the ground
Summary: I have no complaints about my i355...except, don't let your friend slam the roll-up door on it several times in a rental truck before realizing it. I did have to have it replaced then, however
I don't need fancy gadgets and features on it; my job is labor-intensive, and I have to have something to stand up to it. There's no telling how much I've dropped it, and would keep on going (again, mind the roll-up door).
If ruggedness and durability is your niche, get this phone. You won't regret it. Crappy flip phones need not apply -

Pros: Uses SIM Card, great speaker phone, rugged construction, walkie talkie capability, good signal strength.
Cons: My friends make fun of me as the phone is large, but I am very happy with it.
Summary: This is a great phone for those who spend time outdoors or in a warehouse environment. Rugged construction and is larger than most phones. I get signal out in the boonies (zip code 75135). This may be a good phone for older people who prefer the larger phones due to poor eyesight.

Summary: I gave this phone a 10. its a great phone. The screen can be a little bit hard to see in daylight but you can still see it and its really a non issue. 10+ I recommend this phone.

Pros: Almost bullet-proof, Good signal, Sound quality is outstanding.
Cons: None so far.
Summary: In this world of micro-phones you may get made fun of, but if you work in the elements or just abuse your phone the i355 is a great choice. Especially since it will do just about everything my i836 would do plus stand up to abuse.
