Problems, problems, problems

Pros: Has a lot of features, yet few of those I wanted work. Nice to have pre-paid Nextel, GPS (If it worked), and be able to

Cons: JAVA was not working when I bought to 1st phone, then had to get a cable from Motorola, then the USB/battery plug on the phone was defective, so I was told to return to the phone to Motorola. New phone still has problems and operating sys reads error

Review: This is the worst cell phone experience I've ever had. Porn & gang crap is pre-loaded in the operating system by Boost & although they said they can remove it, their new operating system still has it on there., then battery charge/USB port was messed up, then when I got the new phone, the GPS wasn't working still, and other features say that the operating system Motorola loaded is "not standard", thus cannot run certain programs, and so on. I'll likely never buy anything from Boost Mobile or Motorola again. I haven't been able to use the USB cable to download photos, which aren't high quality anyhow, but are nice size for web shots, IF I could ever get them to download! I can hardly believe they would sell phones at Target with pre-loaded pornography on them with thumbnails that ANYONE can see (including children!) I certainly will NOT ever buy anything connected with Boost Mobile ever again, as this was found not only on my phone, but on friends' phones as well as on another at Target as well. Boost Mobile ought to be shut down for selling pre-loaded porn on their cell phones.

I'd steer clear of ANY phones or service that have anything to do with Boost Mobile!

I love the Nextel PTT feature, although not the lack of tech support through Motorola (Only M-F), and Motorola and Boost point their fingers at each other when you are trying to remedy a problem, and this phone and operating system is outrageously screwed up! If I could give this phone and service negative stars, I would!

Horrendous battery life, bulky, outdated, avoid if you can!

Pros: Flip design, feels sturdy due to bulk.

Cons: Terrible battery life, especially for a relative simple phone, very large (very old technology?), user interface is neither intuitive or friendly, looks & feels very outdated.
