"Works Well" on by 7-iron
Pros: Great phone for the basics, great size, and great looking.
Cons: If your looking for tons of features, this is not the phone for you.
Summary: I bought this phone on Verizon's network about a month ago. I really like this phone. I was a cell phone nut, to the point I was buying 1st generation PDA's the first day they became avaliable. My previous 2 phones had been the Blackberry and the TREO. This next go around I simply was looking for a small phone that was able to make and receive phone calls, text message, good calendar, decent mobile web, and good phone book. I do not listen to music, I do not use VCAST, and I do not use the camera if I want crystal clear photos. This phone has met my standards on all counts. My calls are clear, the speaker phone works well, the calendar holds my appointments, the phone book has the required field, and I have not missed or dropped any calls. I read several reviews on CNET about the sluggishness of the menus and have had no issues. If your looking for a cool phone that meets the above basics, so far I would recommend this phone.

"Can I give below a 1, please!" on by ted_sheedy
Pros: Worst Phone Ever
Cons: Doesn't Work
Summary: I got two different Krzr's, neither worked. If that's not enough, when I called to get it replaced, I was asked if I had pressed the power button. OH, THAT'S WHAT I FORGOT, the power button. How could I be so foolish. I hate Verizon.

"Crap that looks pretty" on by eppresley
Pros: This was my first and last Motorola Cell Phone. I used to go with Samsung, but this cool red looking phone caught my eye. The main cell phone menus were standard and easy to navigate. The sleek look slim shape fits nicely.
Cons: I have had to replace my battery three times, and my two year contract isn't evern up yet. It is terrible, I have called and e-mailed verizon, researched, etc.. tryed everything under the sun to figure out how to preserve the battery life.
Summary: Don't go with this phone, I can't tell you how many calls I lost because my phone choose to turn itself off without warning. I have read this a lot about this phone, after I started having the problems.

"Best phone I've owned- sturdy solid feel, compact, good call quality, good reception." on by gmctemp
Pros: Sturdy construction, good call quality, nice fit in the hand, loud speakerphone
Cons: Addressees can't always hear me clearly on speakerphone
Summary: Best phone I've owned- sturdy solid feel, compact, good sound quality, good reception. Call sound quality better than any other digital phone I've owned, including my LG VX5200, though not up to land-line quality. Reception is fine- no dropped calls, no dead areas (with Verizon). Sleek appearance and feel- a phone you actually look forward to holding.
