Pros Seem durable and clear voice.

Cons Texting is impossible cause it is messed up, creates extra letters and skips spaces making you have to delete and move cursor all around. Impossible to use.

Summary I got one phone and had to return it cause the predicting text software is totally messed up giving you extra letters which will not go away unless you delete them. What a total piece of junk this is! I sent it back to UScellular which service lost and they were nice enough to give me a new one anyway, BUT the second one has the same problem. I will NEVER buy Motorola again. Too much competition for them to make such a horrible software bug in a phone and not acknowledge it (according to UScellular).

Pros Good battery. Good call quality. Loud ringer.

Cons Cant disable predictive texting AT ALL !!

Summary It is IMPOSSIBLE to turn off predictive texting on this phone even though there is a menu option that is SUPPOSED to perform this function. Went back and forth with US Cellular for hours until they finally allowed me to trade it for another phone (used) at a corporate store. WHY KEEP SELLING THIS PHONE KNOWING IF THIS ISSUE IS SO WELL KNOWN ?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Pros Almost seems indestructible. Big buttons Great speakers.

Cons I haven't found much I don't like. Texting should be easier. Would be nice to have a few more features,after all its almost 2011. Could use more accessories.

Summary My phone carrier doesn't offer all the latest-greatest phones since its also our small local phone company. I would have changed carries for a better selection of phones,but for some reason or another their cell reception is very poor where I live. I decided on this model after reading its water proof to something like 2 ft. I also wanted a flip phone,got tired of butt dialing. I've dropped mine in 3 ft of water while fishing and even ran it through the washer,and it keeps working! I've dropped the phone off the roof on to the asphalt,no nicks or dings. I've not had any trouble closing the back of the phone like other have had. I'm not usually hard on my cell phones,they usually last me three years or more. This phone has held up great so far and I should get at least three yrs out of this phone. If you need a tough water resistant no non since phone,this is the model.

Pros EASY TO USE. WATERPROOF, AND VERY DURABLE.

Cons EITHER THE BLUETOOTH IS BAD ON MY PHONE OR MY EAR PIECE. I AM GOING TO TRY ANOTHER EAR PIECE FIRST THEN I'LL LET YOU KNOW.

Summary I'M IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THIS PHONE HAS BEEN RAINED ON, COMPLETELY SUBMERGED IN WATER AND BOUNCED OFF OF THE PAVEMENT A FEW TIMES TO MANY. EXTREME PHONE FOR EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES. I LOVE IT!
