Pros: It's pink...that's about it.
Cons: reliability, battery life, liquid resistance!
Summary: I got my phone in May, when I was eligible for upgrade. In July, my phone was acting strange - it would turn itself off and not record any missed calls or voicemails. The battery wouldn't stay charged - by the end of the day it would say Low Battery BEEEP! when I barely used it. Suffice it to say, I was just out of the 3 month warranty.
I took it to the Verizon store and the lady in front of me was having almost the exact same problems - she had the same pink phone that we both got the same week. So, we tell the tech guy "our" story. He takes her phone, she leaves to come back after tech has looked at it. I give him my phone, he says "Sorry, the liquid indicator has been activated." WHAT??? I'm having the same problems as the previous lady! He said, "Sorry, we can't do anything for you." I didn't buy the insurance, so I'm screwed! Fortunately, the phone has been fine lately - knock wood - but I can guarantee you, this phone has NEVER been wet. Grrrrrr.
Oh and you know what the guy said to me when I asked why he took the other lady's phone for tech to look at? "Well, that problem's going to warrant her getting a new phone anyway."
Oh. I see. !!! Why didn't he just tell her that?
Anyway. This was not a cheap phone and I am disappointed. -

Pros: small, light-weight
Cons: poor battery life, poor reception
Summary: I have this phone in the regular silver colour from VZW and it is by far the worst phone I have ever owned. We had an original RAZR from TMobile that would keep a charge for days and had awesome reception. This newer version eats battery power down to less than a day with only sending about 10-15 sms's and a couple short calls. Also, it seems that the older V3 is more intuitive and user friendly in the menu department. This phone also likes to drop calls randomly even when it has a full signal.

Summary: I had problems from the second day. But only with my phone, not with my daughter's. Her problems came later. Mine is now actually the replacement phone I got a week after I got the first one. The first phone: calls would ring in but read "call failed" when I tried to answer; calls would NOT ring in but I would have v-mails and missed calls. The new phone--which is actually a re-furbished one (And how so? Isn't this a new phone for Verizon?)--has even more issues. Let's see... the screen blanks out often and I have to open the handset to see the time/date/who's calling; I can't send or receive calls at random intervals; the ringtone has started sounding faded and scratchy. I don't even want to talk about the problems I've had with Verizon. Sigh... I was a new customer and I'm now a FORMER customer. I've filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I'm porting my numbers back to my previous carrier.

Pros: I love the pink color of this phone. This phone is built to last and it holds up if you drop it a hundred times. This phone is great for texting, picture messaging, and recording video's! The Camera works great on this phone and every picture you take com
Cons: The only problem I have had with this phone is the Phone Charger. I have had this phone for 3 to 4 years before the charger stopped working. I tapped it up and got to charge my phone but I decided it was time to get anew phone charger.
Summary: I love this phone! The color is perfect for me cause I love the Color pink! It has great signal and works great when you talk on the phone or send text messages. This phone stays charged for a long time which works perfect for me. I have owned this phone for 3 to 4 years and it still works great. Besides needing to buy a new charger this is the perfect phone. You can buy cheap new chargers for under $20.00 for this phone which is so great!! Perfect phone to buy if your looking for a long lasting phone.
