Pros: slim, charges fast

Cons: menu is not friendly, battery life is atrocious

Summary: Having used Cingular's phones previously, I find the Verison Wireless' menu hard to use, the menu shortcuts are useless (how often do you really need to "Get Tunes & Tones" or "Get V Cast Video"). Also, I did not realize that 144 min of talk time is ridiculously little. Yes, it takes 30 min to charge the battery, but if you have to spend a lot of time on conference calls - you will need to carry the charger and be close to an outlet at all times. I wouldn't recommend it to people who travel.
