"Not recommended by cingular sales reps"
Pros: Better quality than previous razors, mp3 capable, more physically durable
Cons: many manufacturers defects, larger than other razors
Summary: I sell cingular phones. This phone has a great look and was expected to be far better than previous models. I even sold it to a friend because I thought it was a better phone. Now that it has been out for a while almost every one I've sold has come back to the store for a repair of some sort. Some have lost their service, others have technical glitches (like defaulting to multimedia messages when you create a new text). I would NOT recommend this phone to anyone.
