Pros: Outstanding reception, volume & clarity. Crystal talk is the most outstanding technological advancement in cell phones in quite awhile. Slim & attractive design, fast internet, decent menu. Decent interface, rock solid, dependable & well
Cons: Finger print magnet, battery life good but not great unless you add an extended battery. I would like more options on the outside screen. A wider choice of menu options or different programs would be nice. Nit-picking but ..... No real deficits.

Cons: must charge battery every 24 hours unless you talk on it and the battery goes dead in 5 minutes of talk time

"This phone is not very impressing!!"
Pros: I like the the new look for the phone and it has good service.
Cons: The set up is the same as all the older razr's. Had it only 3 monthes and the touch screen buttons on the front stopped working, and I had hardly used them.
