Pros: Cute phone, Small, Nice Color, Good Battery.
Cons: Buttons are too small, touch screen freezes sometimes, scratches easily... This phone was great at first, but at around the 2nd week of having it, I started seeing problems.. and it just got worse from there on.
Summary: Dont Get This Phone... You will regret it.

Pros: Keyboard, camera and effects, nice features, colorful display.
Cons: slow phone, has a mind of its own, freezes, small memory space, short battery life, messed up, lots of technical problems, touch screen, dialing pad, slider, very sensitive, and fragile.
Summary: So, this phone just has too many problems. First off, when i got it i totally loved it and it worked great! Well like 2 months after having it, every single time i would try to take a picture, it wouldn't work and would just turn out like a lime green photo with no image! So then i got a memory card because i realized that it was a memory issue. So then, a few months after that, the slider started to fall apart! And eventually the phone literally just broke in half from sliding it!! It was in great condition, and i wasn't rough with it, but it just snaped, the keyboard and the screen were two seperate parts! So, then they sent me a replacement phone, and i have had it for about 4 months, and now, it just spazzes out and clicks on menu on the touch screen when im not clicking them! and it is really annoying, so i can barely send a message with out the options toolbar coming up. also it automatically sends the message when i am no done typing it, so then i have to start over, and resend it!! And now it has been turning off every single time i try to reply to a message, and then the phone restarts!! This phone has WAY too many problems. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Pros: Great battery life, fast easy texting, touch screen
Cons: Overly sensitive touch screen, technical issues
Summary: I got this phone about a month or so ago, it worked great at first and I thought it was so cute. But just after the first day of having it, anytime I would open it to reply to a text message it would constantly buzz and act like I was hitting buttons on the touch screen, opening menus and such when I wasn't even touching it. Then when I would call someone and put it on speaker, it would NOT hang up, unless they hung up I was stuck on the call, and if it went to voicemail I had to pull the back off and pull the battery out to end the call, it would completely just lock up. So I finally got fed up with it and got my replacement phone yesterday. Well, 20 minutes after having it, it started doing the same things, except worse and more frequently, it will just be sitting there and starts going off and opening menus on it's own! It is not worth anything, I highly suggest not getting this phone, I wish I had read the previous reviews before I did!

Pros: touchpad dial, easy to put in contacts, easy to navigate, easy to lock and unlock
Cons: Battery Life
Summary: When I first got the phone the battery life was good, but about two weeks later it started losing battery life fairly quickly. I do not text or listen to music on the phone. I use it strictly as a phone; therefore, the battery should last much longer, maybe I got a lemon, but will not trade, as I have read reviews of screen freezing, and don't want that problem. Overall, I like the phone and have not had any problems with it freezing up. I will keep the phone and just charge it nightly, which isn't a big problem for me.

Pros: Nice camera, call quality good because it's with one of the best carriers around
Cons: The phone failed on us 4 times with the time we used it. It is working ok now, but occasionally it will shut down. It may be awhile before you get a phone that functions
Summary: Well, my KIN2M decided that it was going to not turn on the screen anymore (backlight out) and I'm forced to use the Rival. It's actually not that bad of a phone, but family has had increased shut offs, screen going off, going out completely, one slid it open to find it hanging by a cable. It was fixed by an updated rival which fixed the software problems with shutting down, but this one (updates) will still occasionally reboot when it conveniently thinks to, causing you to miss your calls and or texts.
When I first got this phone i had came from a Voyager, let me tell you that phone was really good, tons of options, but with full touch, the battery wouldn't hold a steady charge, causing me to fish out a dead phone every time I'd reach in my pocket.
overall, if you want to take a chance that it will screw up on you, get it, because if it doesn't, it actually works pretty good.
