Pros: Texting was easy, fast, and straightforward. Battery life was great.
Cons: Went through 3 replacement phones until I switched my warranty to a Samsung. Froze up constantly, literally fell apart several times, and was just a shoddy product.
Summary: This phone seemed great at first. The keys are easy to use and the text inbox holds a great deal, but it soon fell apart regardless of the amount of use. Overall, I would never recommend this phone to anyone. It is a shoddy piece of equipment that is not worth the cost.

Touch screen is uselessSummary: I had this phone for 6 months and I need to replace it. My brother who got this phone as well had to send his in because of a screen error. Whenever I send a text, the phone restarts itself along with if I open the keypad while I am in a phone call. For the amount that I had paid for this phone ($130), i could have gotten a way better phone. Bottom Line: Do not get this phone.

Pros: small......an the touch screen...but other than tht i dnt know why i bought it!
Cons: the screen goes out.....the buttons mess up.... the slider comes off....the camera sucks compared to my envy 2.......an it sucks all the way around
Summary: I got this phone thinking it was going to be good but after the 1st month the screen went completely white....it would ring an ppl could call me but i couldnt answer it an the only way it would stop was to take the battery out. The second one i got wasnt any better by the end of the first month the screen got glitchy an the colors were all messed up an the buttons wouldnt do what i wanted(ex. when i hit message it went menu an go bck off or i would hit contacts an it would start up pac man)
DNT BUY please save your money an time. but no matter what phone you have get insurance cuz you get a new phone for free.... alot better then paying for another an in this economy its good to save. an good luck to the ones tht have this phone an it hasnt messed up. -

Sometimes the touch sensitive keys press stuff on their own, even if I'm feet away.
Sometimes the keys won't press at all
Lack of good features.Summary: Do not buy this phone whatever you do! I have been through 8 phones in the last six months and I have NEVER dropped it. The keys often fail to work, it unlocks it self (and tends to go to the web) and does not have very good features. I have spent countless hours with customer support, and they have just sent me phone after phone. I cant wait for my contract to be up!

Cons: white screen, black screen, slide falling apart, intermittent shutdown, not durable
Summary: I can agree with you that this phone in great looking ------but--- this is a very unreliable phone. I have replaced my daughters phone 1 times for falling apart at the slide, 2nd for a bad replacement phone (worked for 2 days then died, 3rd for white screen.
My son has replaced his 4 times. 1st for falling apart at the slide, 2nd for falling apart at the slide, 3rd for black screen, 4th just now for white screen.
This is not a phone that the reviews are correct on. This is crap!
We have not had the phones more than 8 months. They will be out of warranty and we will have to buy new ones. Not a good deal !!!!!
Verizon will not give you a different phone. You are stuck with the bad one until you are able to upgrade. This is from talking to the rep on the phone.
