Pros: Texting was easy, fast, and straightforward. Battery life was great.
Cons: Went through 3 replacement phones until I switched my warranty to a Samsung. Froze up constantly, literally fell apart several times, and was just a shoddy product.
Summary: This phone seemed great at first. The keys are easy to use and the text inbox holds a great deal, but it soon fell apart regardless of the amount of use. Overall, I would never recommend this phone to anyone. It is a shoddy piece of equipment that is not worth the cost.

i completely disagree i have a samsung phone and they are nothing but ****** phones, i have a couple friends who have motorola rival and their phones work just FINE.
