"Wonderful all around"
Pros: Great volume on ringtones, mp3's and calls, great accesories
Cons: bluetooth speed, keypad delay, camera quality
Summary: I have had this phone for about 6 months now, and compared to other phones (like my old Samsung D807) its much better in most ways, but there are a few that aren't so good.
The good-
this phone allows you to put any ringtone, mp3, or sound as your calendar event, alarm, ringtones, text messages, voicemail, data calls... almost everything you can think of, which is what most of us think "would be neat".
I did buy a memory SD card for this phone, and it does make things easier.
You can change your menu style, and arrange it in the way you want
The buttons on the side, are useful, unlike other phones. The button on one side is a voice recorder ( which you can change to anything almost).
The phone is small and compact, the buttons are easy to use. Great design all around.
The two soft keys can be changed to what you desire as well as the navigation keys, which is always a great feature.
The mp3 set up is wonderful and you can listen to mp3's while doing almost anything else on your phone, with great sound quality.
You can also write, send, and read messages during a phone call, which is critical sometimes.
The phone only came with one game, but downloads are fast and easy also.
THE BAD:
The phone is delayed, you cannot scroll through the phone quickly(if you are not a patient person, you'll have to take time to get used to this downfall).
The bluetooth does not send or receive quickly with all phones, sometimes it takes a couple minutes to send a song or picture or whatever else it is.
The camera quality is not the best, although the flash is good (not for self portraits, it seems as if you are blinded for 5 minutes after the picture.)
The placement of the SIM and Memory card are inconvenient. If you are only removing the memory card, this is fine, because all you do is take the back off and slide the card out. If you are removing the SIM card, you have to remove the battery (like most) AND it is almost impossible to get the card out without taking the memory card out also. This isn't all that much fun.
If you drop this phone a few good times (like most of us do) it may start to freeze up. When i say freeze up, i mean sometimes drop a call because of the 5-10 second refresh, or any other kind of activity you are doing. This is what is happening to mine.. let me explain further to let you know details.

My phone started freezing after i had dropped it about 3 times, not on carpet or anything, just a few good times falling out of my pocket or getting bumped and dropped on the ground (things that happen to most of us frequently). Now if i let the phone slide down on it's own, 3 out of 5 times it will freeze. If I put the phone in my purse to just float around with other things, it will freeze because of the knocking around. This isn't the worst thing that could happen becauce these what seem like refreshes the phone does in this case, are only about 5-7 seconds, But inconvenient while on the phone or writing a text.
I really really love this phone and recommend it to anyone who loves extra features. It's GREAT!! The bad things listed in this review are mostly minor depending on your preference to feature importance, and caretaking.
