"Talk about FACTS!"
Pros: slim, light, bright display, straight forward interface
Cons: iTunes poorly executed
Summary: Sift through all of the haters and get the opinion of someone who actually owns this phone.
It's great.
It feels really solid and the buttons are raised a bit so they're easier to find than the RAZR. The screen is much, much, much, much, much better than the RAZR's screen. The photos look vivid and deep. The sound quality is excellent.
iTunes isn't the reason to buy this phone. USB 1.0 song transfer and no Audible audiobooks make for a poor experience. I've got some songs on there and I may use it from time to time but I have an iPod and this won't be taking me away from that (which, I guess, was Apple's plan). Too bad really, I would love an "all-in-one" device.
Overall I really like this phone. The most important aspect for me was portability. I can carry it in my front pocket with no discomfort. That's a big deal to me. The camera is only VGA but it's pretty nice still. I would recommend this phone to people looking for a stylish, easy to use phone.

I did a test run a month before buying the phone. I wanted to make sure the interface made sense to me and to check out the size. I fell in love with it immediately. For something so small and thin it feels substantial.
I love portability, and the fun things to do with email and pictures, it does what I want.
I love it and recommend it, especially if you have small hands!!
iTunes I haven't tried yet. As for the speakers not being loud enough while driving, I think that's to make sure you buy the earbud. You shouldn't be driving and talking on the cell phone!! tsk tsk -
What's the point of getting this phone its iTune feature is so lack?

I buy it for my daughter to have a phone and music ipod for her. I used it all time. My daughter is quiet when is hearing and playing with it. Very slick. Is a good way to have a little ipod and a phone in one. i don't have to more weight in my purse.

Give a description about the available applications, how much security do the Contacts application have, am I able to hide or lock individual numbers, is it able to apply pics to caller IDs, if lost is there a remote locking system where I can call and lock the phone, are the ringers loud. Please provide some real information other than "its slim"!
