Pros: Very Slim, 512 MB card included, nice screen, simple menus, lightweight, BLUETOOTH, iTunes is a nice addition

Cons: Small buttons, buzzing sound sometimes, unique power adapter

Summary: I've had this phone for a few months now. This was a phone that I loved from the start. I found things that if I were the engineer I would change but the pros far outweigh the cons IMO. I love having a phone now that I can put in my pocket and not even realize it's there. FINALLY!! I hate being weighed down by bulky phones. iTunes is great to have cause my iPod apparently can't stay out of the shop. If you have big fingers and constantly do txt msgs then this isn't for you. I've leared to deal with it but txt msgs are sort of a slow process. Bluetooth is easy to set up with a headset or with my Mac Mini. I like being able to update my contacts on my computer easily and have them all backed up. The camera isn't great but I don't care because that's why i have a nice digital camera. The reception is pretty good considering my house is a black hole for cell phone signals. In other words I can talk without having to go outside unlike my verizon phone (and yes I've had less dropped calls since switching to Cingular, thanks). If you are looking for an easy to use, slim, lightweight phone with a few extras then this is a great option.
