"It's just OK"
Pros: Stylish, large bright screen, great sound quality, nice backlighting (when it's actually on)
Cons: Horrible battery life, battery gets hot, fingerprints, backlight off when talking
Summary: I've had this phone for about a week and I loved it when I got it, BUT I think it's going back. It's great looking, fits in my pocket very easily (or you can buy a case if you want one), and sounds great if you download a ringtone. The screen is big and bright, call quality is no better or worse than other phones depending on where you are...but that's about it. For more on the cons of the screen and the battery, keep reading.
THE BATTERY:
Like any phone, the battery heats up, but you can feel it more because the phone is so thin. The battery also has terrible battery life...I was told it had 240 minutes of talk time (4 hours) and up to 410 hours of standby time. Seems like a lot, but still less than other phones....but NOT what I was told. My phone was fully charged and I left it on overnight, as I always do. When I got up in the morning it was down to 2 bars, and when I left for work an hour or so later it was down to 1. I'm thinking about taking the phone back because of this.
THE SCREEN:
If you want a clean phone, don't get this one. Once you get fingerprints on the screen, it's really difficult to clean it. Unlike other phones, it doesn't come with a plastic film over the screen when you first get it, so it got dirty immediately.
The backlight is what's most annoying. I have it set to 15 seconds so it doesn't totally kill the battery, the phone would be useless if it was always on. The problem with this is that it shuts off in the middle of the call, so I thought I lost the call and you have to press a button to bring it back on and see that you're still talking. If you're in conversation and the backlight goes off you may not notice, but if there is a slight pause and you look to see if you're still in a call, you wouldn't know. I personally just found this annoying, you may not. The screensaver goes on seemingly every 30 seconds as well, which is extremely annoying, making you press a button to get out of it...and if you press the middle button, you'll get to your menu and probably do something you don't want to by accident.
Those are really my only complaints about this phone, I liked this phone since it first came out but was only eligible to get one a few weeks ago. I thought I'd do much better with it, but I can't take having to charge it 3 times a day to make it work, which is what I think I'd have to do - and I don't even talk that much! It's a cool looking phone, they're correct when they say get it if looks are all you care about..but really, ONLY if looks are all you care about.

I agree with everything IUgrad505 said. Unfortunately, I hadn't read this opinion first. I also loved all the features, especially that its NOT a flip phone. The battery life is basicly non exsistant. The most annoying "feature" is a missed call alert (beep) that can't be shut off. Even turning off all sounds doesn't change the alert. I'm currently doing the Verizon shuffle, ie: 3 bad phones and i'll get a new one. Trust me, a different make and model. Like I stated - don't bother with this high maintanence phone.
