"Phone is a nice ornament"
Pros: The phone looks nice, and is easy to use
Cons: Drops calls and has poor reception
Summary: When the phone actually rings, and lets me talk on it, instead of just getting my calls through voice mail, I have such bad reception that I can't have a conversation on it. I cursed AT&T for almost 2 years, till I found out it was the phone, not the service. On the rare occasions that I have good reception, the phone will usually drop the call. I now have a new phone on order. My fingers are crossed.
