"works well enough"
Pros: durable, easy to use, cheap
Cons: sometimes not loud enough, somewhat large
Summary: Up until the antenna broke on mine it was a nice phone. A bit big, but worked well enough that I could forget its lack of style. For being the "free phone with plan" it was an excellent deal.

I've had two of these things, the first one may have been the first gen of the 120e with the dimmish green display. After just over a year of use, the connector strip on the bottom went out and I could no longer charge the battery because of it.
The second one had the blue display which was better and may have been the secon generation version but even now at almost a year later, the connector on the bootom appears to be slowly going bad again.
Also, reception is OK at best. Not the best phone I've had and I've owned 2 others, one a Nokia 6150 and the Kyocera slim phone (tri-mode) and both were better phones overall than this model from Motorola.
