"Nearly Useless"
Pros: Good battery life in home town
Cons: Unable to make or receive calls in ~70% of coverage area
Summary: We have two of these phones and they have great battery life and one has survived my clumsiness, falling out of my shirt pocket several times with no change in performance. Frankly I'm not sure if my gripe is with the 120e phone or the Verizon network. The phones are next to useless since most of the time, when well within the "coverage area", calls can neither be made nor received. Most aggravating is that the calls are impossible when the phone shows anything less than 4 bars! It wouldn't be quite so aggrevating if it at least admitted there was "No Service" I previously had a first generation Audiovox digital phone with Verizon, an analog phone with ATT and a GTE TeleGo phone at the dawn of the cell phone era. All of those gave much better performance. Beware, this product will likely harm your productivity. I can't imagine anyone being even slightly satisfied with the performance I've recieved from this phone on the Verizon network.
