"had to replace 2 out of the 4 v180 that came with my service plan in less than 6 monthes"
Pros: light weight, and you can change the face plates(big deal)
Cons: inside screen goes black or even exploseds when opened
Summary: When I called cingular they told me there is an internal recall on the phones because they drop calls. Also my daughters screen fractured when she opened it up to answer a call, it was one month old, my sons screen went black on him when he went to answer a phone call and now he can not see his phonebook or any displays on the screen. As for myself I do not even know how many phone calls failed or where dropped while using this phone. Buyer beware!

I had to replace my phone within 1 month due to no service, others with same phone and service were fine. Within 2 months my sons would not hold a charge. When I called T-Mobile told me I had to go to the service center since it was out of warranty. Found out it has 1 year warranty. The outer screen cracked while in my sons pocket now they will charge me $70.00 to fix a FREE phone even though I have been paying for the phone protection!
