"GREAT phone!"
Pros: GREAT reception, easy to use, excellent speakerphone
Cons: Maybe a little fragile - time will tell
Summary: I was VERY reluctant to order this phone based on some of the user reviews. As a matter of fact, I actually canceled the order one and then changed my mind. I am soooo glad I got this phone! The reception is crystal clear and superior to the Nokia phone I was using. The speakerphone feature on the V276 is amazing. When I talk to people, they honestly can't tell if I'm on the speakerphone or not - and that's with the phone sitting in my lap (while driving). It works so well, I even returned the earpiece that I purchased. The menus are pretty intuative. I had a Motorola phone several years ago and hated it because it was difficult to navigate. This one was a breeze and I never had to refer to the users manual. The camera is what you would expect from a camera phone...cruddy. That's fine. It still works for little snapshots. Do you really expect this thing to work like a $300 Kodak digital camera? The phone feels a little flimsy compared to other phones I've had, but I think this is an industry trend and not just Motorola. ALL the phones I looked at had the same lightweight, somewhat-cheap feel. Most people upgrade every year or two, so it shouldn't be a big deal.
To summarize:
Features: 10
Ease of Use: 9
Styling: 10
Reception: 10+
Durability: 7
If you want a basic flip phone with outstanding reception, a camera and a nice screen, then this is the one. Get one now...
