Quite possibly one of the worst cell phones I've ever owned. VERY poor reception quality (T-Mobile) compared to others phones on the market. After months of use, the speaker inside the phone shifts a bit from the hole so you can barely hear out of it having to resort to using the headpiece or speakerphone ALL the time. this has happened with 3 seperate V300 phones. But I do applaud T-Mobile and their willingness to send out a new phone to me, THREE TIMES, each time it went "BAD".
