"Poor sound quality - so no point to extra bells & whistles"
Pros: Good camera and pic quality, analog clock display, very customizable menus and shortcuts, horizontal scrolling to get to different options without having to click and then go through a list.
Cons: ATRICIOUS and muffled sound quality, poor speakerphone quality, low volume even on max, can't hear it in a moving car, can't understand the caller

"Great little phone...looks can be deceiving!!!"
Pros: I really liked this little phone. I wish I could get another one of these little ugly ducklings. Easy to use, especially for newbies. Survived at least a few knocks and drops with no real damage, except a couple of nicks.
Cons: Well, it is dull looking and they were skimpy on the games, but that's not what I have a phone for.
