The Bottom Line The Motorola V365 is a decent Cingular push-to-talk phone, but it isn't very exciting. The Samsung Rugby SGH-A837's could use a few improvements, but it remains a solid choice for a rugged, straight-forward phone with a loaded feature set. The durable Motorola Tundra VA76r succeeds admirably at making calls, but its multimedia experience doesn't measure up. The Samsung SGH-A237 offers a bit of style, but ultimately there's not much to distinguish it from the cell phone crowd. The Pantech Breeze is definitely ideal for senior citizens and those with disabilities, but it's also an all-around great phone for anyone who wants a decent entry-level handset.
