Pros: great camera
Cons: poor speaker, fails very early
Summary: i brought this phone, after about 3 or 4 months of use, the phone's speaker started to go bad and eventually stops working completely, this has been a known problem among v400 users. without the loud speaker or your headset, it's impossible to hear what people are saying to you.

Pros: It has a camera function, cool downloadable games and real ring tones, and has a nice size.
Cons: 2nd v400 I've had and can hardly hear out of it after a while of use.
Summary: This phone sucks. I've had to replace it through the insurance twice ($35 a pop) and it still is having the same problems. It seems as though there is bad wiring from the main part of the handset to the "flip" part that opens (with the display) because after continued use the sound becomes low and distorted. You end up having to put people on speaker phone to talk to them. If that's not bad enough, you have to wait until a call connects in order to put it on speaker phone mode, which I've found many people to hang up in the meanwhile....So, it's a great phone unless you actually want to place any type of calls!

Pros: Much greater signal strength than the V220. Camera takes much better quality pictures. Screen is much larger.
Cons: Sometimes, if you close it too hard, it will reboot.

Pros: GREAT STARTER PHONE. GOOD CRISP COLOR DISPLAY. ONE OF THE LARGEST SCREENS I'VE SEEN IN A FLIP BEFORE. VERY EASYTO USE WITH PLENTY OF EXTRAS.
Cons: AT THE END OF ONE YEAR I STARTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH LOCKUPS AND WHAT SEEMED LIKE SOFTWARE GLITCHES.
Summary: OVERALL I FEEL THAT ANYONE WHO BUYS THE V400 WILL BE VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE FEATURES THIS PHONE HAS TO OFFER. IT IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND TAKES GREAT PICTURES.
