"Pretty Good Phone Overall"
Pros: Customizable covers, Loud speaker phone, talk and end buttons
Cons: Clear plastic window falls out easily, ear speaker seems to have died, lackluster motorola components
Summary: I would say that this phone was on the better side of mediocre. After using this phone for a while, the speaker that you listen to seemed to die, forcing me to use the speaker phone which is a hassle. On the positive side, the phone does get good signal and I really love having my Harry Potter faceplate.
