"You definitely get your money's worth"
Pros: Most affordable bluetooth phone I have seen, speakerphone, cool multi-colored light display when phone rings, picture caller id, mp3 ringtone, camera phone, AOL messaging capability, video play back
Cons: Volume's not too high nor does it ring loud enough, cannot record video like the v551, speakerphone can only be enabled after connecting with the person called and cannot be used with the voicemail

"Sure it has a lot of features, but use can be extremely annoying."
Pros: Its a cell phone. It makes calls and has lots of extra stuff to fool with. It has good reception and the speaker phone is okay.
Cons: I found this phone hard to use. Menus are slow along with all of the other functions of the phone. I found the speaker phone to be oddly only available after a call has been connected. (in other words, you cant dial and then use the speaker phone to lis
