"Good phone with some irritating faults"
Pros: Feature rich. Mostly intuitive menu system. Takes great pictures
Cons: SMS predictive text feature is flawed (nokia system is better). The volume at max remains too low
Summary: I've had this phone for about 4-6 months now and it's been fun to use for the most part. Menu features are mostly good with some great ways to personalize the phone wiht wallpapers and colors. It takes great pictures which are easy to send. However the volume control only goes so high and it's not enough. I have problems hearing people especially on a busy street or place. It's getting to the point where I don't use the phone as often as I would. I can't hear anyone so why bother using it.

I cannot hear this phone in public (semi loud) places. Its a known flaw but renders this one a LOSER... Has MOT fixed the sound issue with the RAZR?

All the complaints about reception, phone volume, and freezing are valid, but getting a replacement phone under warranty can solve your problems.

I forgot to mention that my wife's old V600 also had problems hearing people and with other people hearing her. The new V600 is fine. My V600 did not have problems with people hearing me or vice versa. -
