"This is the best phone I've had in the last 8 years"
Pros: The color Purple is the absolute best. Has a slot for SDcard for more memory. Slim design. Battery talk time is great. Love the sound quality. Takes decent pix.
Cons: There is nothing I like about this product but I'm very disappionted that there are no clear plastic cases for it like the previous models.

"Works for me, does what its supposed to do."
Pros: Fits in my hand (my husband's Razr is way too wide for me). Decent music player. I have NO problems with my stereo bluetooth headphoes (Insignia brand)...sound is fine.
Cons: The camera kind of sucks but...'tis OK . I wish it had more "tools" like a timer.

"I would've given this zero stars if that were a choice!"
Pros: the color is unique and the music player held a good amount of songs for an hour long work out.
Cons: everything else. camera stopped working almost right away. battery will not come to a full charge and dies after just a couple short phone calls. i got a new battery, but it did the same thing, so it has to be the phone!!!
