Pros: Very good build quality; the metal case feels substantial. The slider is a great alternative to flip phones, which I've mostly owned before. It has so many features that are incredibly handy. I
Cons: Learning the texting proceedures. I was used to the keypad "press 2 once for A, twice for B, three times for C, etc. This iTAP system is tricky, but, once you get used to it, it's very intuitive!
