"luv this phone, hate its defects"
Pros: i luv the look, features and camera on this phone
Cons: 1st z9 i got died on me 2x a day. had to keep recharging, so i traded it in and got a new one. this one just died on me today and will not come back to life. i don't mean it needs to be recharged, it's completely dead. so now i have to get another 1.

"Stylish good looks and great call quality"
Pros: The Z9 has excellent call quality, which was my main selection criteria. It also has high-end looks -- something you wouldn't mind laying on the counter at a swanky martini bar. It sits well in the hand and against the ear.
Cons: It is way heavy. The menu and membrane keypad are not very responsive. Slider mechanism is not as solid as CNET reviews would suggest -- slightly wobbly when extended.

Pros: I love the buttons as opposed to the Razr where they are all flat. A good solid phone including the sliding mechanism. The menu is layed out like the Razr V3xx is.
Cons: Alarm - When it goes off it is soft. I have to lat the phone on its face in order to hear it when it goes off.

"A top-of-the-line phone, with the emphasis on "phone"."
Pros: Sound quality is unsurpassed. It has a great feel and very easy to physically handle. It has a large screen, and great camera (8X zoom!). Texting is a breeze, and navigation a big plus.
Cons: No earphone jack is a bit of an inconvience, and no Wi-Fi capibility is a bummer. And yes, the memory card is difficult to remove. Menu protocol takes a bit getting used to, and you can't drop shopping icons, but no real news there.

"solid, great sound quality, loud ringtones easy texting"
Pros: Texting is easy with the roomy keyboard. Ringtones loud and clear. 8G memory storage capability.. Music player has great sound. Screen large, bright and clear. Programmable keys make for quick access to most functions.
Cons: Fingerprint magnet. Alarms are more complicated than they need to be. Same ringtone for text and voice if individualized. Cant separate ringtones from music in storage, no extra folder. Slightly large but easy to find in your bag.
