The Bottom Line	NEC's 232E HDM fitness phone gets off to a solid start, but it never quite crosses the finish line.	You won't mistake it for a smartphone, but the Samsung Soul is nonetheless an attractive and well-designed multimedia phone.	The Samsung SGH-G800 does a lot of things right, but a few underwhelming features left us wanting more.	If you want a camera phone that will blow almost every other handset out of the water, look no further than the Samsung Innov8. Design complaints aside, it's a powerful and eye-catching device that performs well as a phone, too.	The Samsung SGH-T229 has unique design touches and pleasant call quality but it wouldn't be our first choice for a low-end T-Mobile camera phone.
