"Better than average phone"
Pros: Nice display, farily lightweight
Cons: Call volume horrible, a little big for a cel phone that's not 5-10 years old
Summary: I got this phone last year and was unhappy with the call volume right from the start. If I was anywhere other than a quiet room, I could not hear the caller at all. Phone is also a little big but that's because the screen is so big. Screen quality is better than some PDA's so at least NEC got that right.
