No help at retailer for activation, or usage information - terribleSummary: We switched to AT&T Pay as You Go phone bought from Radio Shack. Much better information and activated right there by sales rep. We now use international phone card instead of long distance for calls to Canada now costs us 13.5 cents minute total. A
AT&T account online account info easy to access, and excellent support documentation received with the phone.
