The Bottom Line	A throwback cell phone with few bells and whistles, the Nokia 2115i for Virgin Mobile is designed almost purely for making and receiving occasional calls.	The Nokia 1661 doesn't promise much, but it doesn't offer much either.	The 3650 is a cutting-edge mobile that sports all the must-have features for a less than astronomical price.	For customers in Alltel's calling region, the LX5550 has little going for it beyond the basics.	The Nokia 1680 is adequate for anyone with minimal cell phone needs, but even moderate users will find it disappointing.
