The Bottom Line If it weren't for its plodding menu interface, the Nokia 2600 would be a simple and easy-to-use cell phone for communication. The Samsung SGH-A237 offers a bit of style, but ultimately there's not much to distinguish it from the cell phone crowd. The LG CF360 is a simple midtier phone for an affordable price. Despite a few quirks, the LG Neon is a good simple messaging phone from AT&T.
