The Bottom Line The Nokia 1680 is adequate for anyone with minimal cell phone needs, but even moderate users will find it disappointing. The Nokia 1661 doesn't promise much, but it doesn't offer much either. Affordably priced, the Nokia E71x for AT&T is an incredible value for business users and consumers looking for a robust messaging smartphone. If it weren't for its plodding menu interface, the Nokia 2600 would be a simple and easy-to-use cell phone for communication.
