"where is the volume control?"
Pros: easy to understand
Cons: not a good phone if there is back ground noise or your hard of hearing however they seemed to include all the other bells and whistles. Strange that they should skimp on the volume control?

Hope you found it by now, but for others who can't, including me for a couple days, it is the left and right navigation arrows while on a call.
