Reviewed on 11/29/04    Quick Take: The Nokia 3120 for AT&T Wireless and Cingular Wireless is an updated version of the Nokia 3100. While the two handsets share almost the same features and dimensions, the 3120 offers a more understated style than its predecessor. Redesigned keys and a uniform color across its face give the newer handset a sleeker, more stylish look. We were disappointed, though, that Nokia didn't boost the screen resolution from 4,096 colors. Fortunately, users can still personalize the teen-friendly 3120 with replaceable covers for the rear face and sides and can use the integrated instant messaging. At $129, the phone's price is wallet-friendly, but you should be able to find it for less with service. According to the FCC the 3120 has a digital SAR rating of 0.75 watts per kilogram.
